Well, there was the bomb shelter, and the cave on Mt. Katatsumuri, and then Mt. Iwato and Xibalba probably count. And do sewers count as caves? Or really big, really scary basements?

No, see, last time I was stuck in a cave like this? Somebody not getting into the team spirit wound up breaking our radio in a rage and keeping us from calling for help! Getting lost in a cave probably qualifies more.
